For more information, visit the JWU Charlotte Athletics team pages below:

Players are recruited after successful club and/or high school experiences. However, a coach may choose to take a walk on or hold tryouts for their particular sport. Athletes should contact the head coach of their sport if they are interested in playing on a team. Game footage, statistics and accomplishments may be requested during the recruiting process.

Since 2010, the JWU Charlotte Athletics Department has grown significantly since its first 2 teams completed their inaugural season. The department currently offers soccer (men's and women's), basketball (men's and women's) and women's volleyball teams. Go to the JWU Charlotte Athletics website for the latest news on current teams or the expansion of any new teams.

Students interested in sports not currently offered by JWU Charlotte Athletics can reach out to Student Involvement & Leadership for additional information on club or intramural teams available.
