Accessibility Services - Charlotte Campus

Johnson & Wales University welcomes and celebrates diversity within its campus community and strives to be open and accessible to all students. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended, and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, JWU considers and provides reasonable accommodations to ensure qualified students have equal access to all aspects of campus life.

 Accessibility Services, located in the Academic Center in suite 410, promotes equal access and provides educational resources and opportunities for students with any mental or physical condition that substantially limit a major life activity.

Accessibility Services provides accommodations (to eligible students) and advising for students connected with the department. Students interested in requesting academic or housing accommodations can do so by completing a new student application through the Accommodations Portal or by contacting Accessibility Services.
