Handbook Addendum

On April 24th, 2018, the Satisfactory Academic Progress page was modified to add the following information: Grade point average criteria for the Occupational Therapy Doctorate and the Doctor of Business Administration programs.

On May 3rd, 2018, the Student Code of Conduct page was modified to add the following information: The policies stated on the page are in effect as of the Fall 2018 Term/Semester. Please refer to the 2017-2018 Student Handbook for policies in effect prior to Fall 2018. 

On May 9th, 2018, the Conduct Review ProcessGroup Conduct Review ProcessSanctions for Individuals, and Sanctions for Groups pages were modified to add the following information: The policies stated on the page are in effect as of the Fall 2018 Term/Semester. Please refer to the 2017-2018 Student Handbook for policies in effect prior to Fall 2018. 

On May 30th, 2018, the Financial Aid Leave of Absence Policy page was modified to add the following information: Effective Fall 2018, Leave of Absence will not be applicable.

On June 4th, 2018, the Name Change page was modified to remove the following information: Notarized documentation is required to process a name change request.

On June 11th, 2018, the Voluntary Medical Withdrawal page was modified to remove the following information: references to the Leave of Absence Policy. Effective Fall 2018, Leave of Absence will not be applicable.

On June 26th, 2018, the Involuntary Medical Withdrawal page was added to clarify the policy regarding involuntary medical withdrawal.

On June 26th, 2018, the Student Code of Conduct page was modified to remove the following information:

Any person who makes a good-faith report related to physical violence, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking and/or sexual exploitation, either as a complainant, respondent or a third-party witness, will not be subject to disciplinary action by the university for his/her own personal consumption of alcohol or drugs at or near the time of the incident, provided that any such violations did not and do not place the health or safety of any other person at risk. However, the university may initiate an educational discussion and/or educational sanction regarding alcohol or other drugs.

On June 26th, 2018, the Student Code of Conduct page was modified to add the following information: a link to the Call for Help Policy.

On June 26th, 2018, the Conduct Review Process page was modified to add the following information: information regarding the Call for Help Policy.

On June 26th, 2018, the Group Conduct Review Process page was modified to add the following information: information regarding the Call for Help Policy.
