Name Tags

A name tag is part of the culinary uniform and is issued during the first orientation session. Please note that name tags are no longer required for students in College of Food Innovation & Technology laboratory courses if their name is embroidered on their chef’s jacket. Students that do not have embroidered uniforms must wear a university-issued name tag.

If the name tag is lost, the student will be required to pay for a replacement. Name tags may be purchased at Printing & Mailing Services, Academic Center, Third Floor. Students have the option to purchase a magnetic name tag for $4 or a pin name tag for $3.
