Internship Programs

Internship opportunities are available in some online academic programs. Internship is designed to provide eligible students with practical work experience in their chosen field of study while earning academic credit. Internships generally vary between 4.5 and 13.5 credits, depending on the academic program of study. Registration

Online students should first consult with their assigned online academic advisor if considering an internship. Students will also need to contact Experiential Education & Career Services for approval of the intended internship site and internship description prior to registering for internship. 

Grade Point Average (GPA)

  • Some academic programs and/or sites require a 2.75 GPA.
  • Graduate internships require a 3.5 GPA.
