Letter from the President

Welcome to the Denver Campus of Johnson & Wales University. As a student at JWU, you belong to the greater campus community shared by faculty, staff and your peers. Each member of the Wildcat community is responsible for his or her actions and keeping informed of the academic and university policies, expectations and resources detailed in the Student Handbook.

You are encouraged to take ownership of your success through your academics, all aspects of student life and the many complementary services JWU offers. Your Student Handbook will help you along the way. It contains important information, including academic and university policies, for which you are responsible. We ask you, our students, to familiarize yourself with the Student Handbook's contents and refer to it often.

All of us on campus want you to succeed academically and personally. We want to see you on graduation day, proud of your accomplishments, and we want to hear of your successes in your career. Finally, never hesitate to reach out to any JWU faculty or staff member as we are here to support you along the way.

Best wishes on your journey as a JWU student.

Sincerely,

Richard Wiscott, Ph.D.
President, Denver Campus
