Student Activities is dedicated to serving students on the North Miami Campus by encouraging them to explore activities that provide opportunities for personal growth in individual and group settings.This is fostered through diverse programs and leadership experiences that complement the university’s academic programs. To this end, students have opportunities to acquire the necessary tools that will assist them to achieve personal and professional success in their chosen field.
Student Activities consists of Clubs and Organizations, Student Government Association, Community Service, Commuter Programming, Campus Activities Board, Greek Council and Leadership. When a student becomes a member (pledge, associate, new or full member) of a student club, organization or team, he or she represents not only his or herself but also the university and the club, organization or team. Groups may be held responsible as a whole for the misconduct of their individual members, including, but not limited to, any violation of the Student Code of Conduct, any other university rule or policy, or any local, state or federal law.
